EDUCATIONAL PROCESS WITHIN THE RELATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
Abstract
Focusing on the problems of these district schools of the municipality within the framework of social polarization and social mobility. In society, all strive upward, striving downward is a forced or created process to ensure the ascent of the individual.
The strategy of behavior and social adaptation is developed within the framework of the social status of the family, the educational institution and the situation in the educational process. Intergenerational mobility within the framework of possible ascent and descent forms an asymmetry in relations. Classification of strategies of behavior in significant situations consists of six strategies of behavior and covers 5 types. Striving for the future has different levels of pretension. Much depends on the structure and material base of the institution and the attitude of the administration.
The situation consists of the attitude of municipal authorities to the educational institution, budget planning and personal participation of the administration of the educational institution, communicative competence of budgeting and formation of the base within the available. Due to the lack of planning of financial relations with educational institutions in the municipal and territorial bodies, the interests of specialists, teachers and students in the educational process are infringed.
