CULTURE OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS IN THE SMART-CITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE INNOVATIVE PROJECT "STEERING" IN MOSCOW)
Abstract
The authors attempt to show the socio-cultural determination of the civilizational structures of society based on the culture of digital management models. Forecasts regarding the increasing role of digital communications, the constant updating of the communicative experience of everyday life are justified. We are talking about the formation of new communicative practices, including network ones, which make qualitative changes in the characteristics of the developing smart society, where the freedom of the individual is understood differently, his adaptation in new environments.The focus is on the Steering Wheel service, which was first announced by the mayor of the city in 2018, its platform, which simplifies the process of renting personal vehicles, making the transport infrastructure of the metropolis more comfortable, ergonomic and mobile.
